Transpose Line

Posing

Scaling / Moving / Rotating

W - Move

E- Scale
R- Rotate

3 Orange circles  ( action points) + a line going through
The handles are a sign for circle 1. Circle 3 bounces around and looks at vertex points.
When you see the little circles inside the orange once, you are engaging the tool.

Move Tool

WHITE DOT: centers transpose line inside the model.

USE THE TRANSPOSE LINE AS AN ACTUAL BONE JOINT - this will help you move parts anatomically correct. Make sure its sitting in the right spot in space. put the pivot point where the joint is. 

To repeat the same movement on a different subtool press 1

3rd circle- When you click on the 3rd little circle, it pulls the mesh out from the first circle ( 1st circle is the pivit point). Squashes and stretches
2nd circle -Middle little circle- move the object around
1st circle- Clicking and dragging the first little one, it flattens the mesh

The angle of the Transpose Line controls at what direction all that happens

Move along the Axis- X/Y/Z. look at the little red/ green/ blue handles of the transpose line. They will allow you to snap to the world axis.When you start drawing out a transpose line, Hold Shift. Then if you want to switch the axis, click on one of the handles.
Shift restricts it to move along the line ( hold Shift when moving//or//scaling the movement to go along the Transpose line)



ALT+ clicking on the model while in move/ scale/ etc allows you to freely move/scale without the transpose line. You'll be able to move stuff around, but not away/towards camera.
ALT+ tap on dog, relese the Alt but dont let go your hand and move it- to move along the axis towards/ away from camera.

*Inflate - by by right clicking and dragging on the transpose line.


Scale


Clicking on 3rd circle - it scales model up and down along the line.
1st circle - scales toward the pivit point, which becomes the third circle.
If you want to change the scale without moving the model in space, Click on the outside white little circle, it'll snap to the center of whatever subtool is selected and now you can scale it without changing the position.

Middle circle- scales to the right/ to the left.
It all physically changes the Size in space.


Rotate

Click on 3rd circle and rotate- it rotates around the first circle and vice versa. If you click on the 1st, it rotates around the 3rd, outer circle.
Middle circle- click on it and drag, it rotates along the transpose Line.

Rotate + SHIFT to rotate it at degrees..



Move around the Transpose Line itself by moving the Bigger orange circles or the line itself.
